Arrive in the charming lake town of Nainital and check into your hotel. Your adventure begins with a relaxing boat ride on the famous Naini Lake. Afterwards, explore the bustling Mall Road – perfect for shopping and trying delicious local food. In the evening, hop on a cable car up to Snow View Point for breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic Himalayas. Overnight Stay: Nainital
After breakfast, we’ll head to Almora (about 2.5 hours drive). On the way, we’ll stop at the ancient Nanda Devi Temple. Once in Almora, check into your hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring the lively Almora Bazaar and the serene Kasar Devi Temple. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful evening views of the Himalayas. Overnight Stay: Almora
Today, after breakfast, we drive to Ranikhet (approx. 2 hours). Here, you’ll visit the lovely Jhula Devi Temple and the peaceful Kalika Temple. Take a refreshing stroll through the lush pine forests and soak in the views of the snow-capped peaks. Discover Ranikhet’s tranquil charm and local sights. Overnight Stay: Ranikhet
After breakfast, we make our way to Kausani (about 2.5 hours drive). Settle into your hotel, then visit the renowned Anasakti Ashram, where Mahatma Gandhi once stayed. Prepare to be amazed by the stunning views of the Panchachuli peaks! Enjoy a peaceful nature walk, explore local tea gardens, and visit the historic Baijnath Temple. Overnight Stay: Kausani
After breakfast, we’ll drive to the tranquil town of Mukteshwar (about 3 hours). Visit the Mukteshwar Temple and enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding hills. Enjoy breakfast before we drive back to Nainital (around 2 hours). We’ll visit the spiritual Naina Devi Temple and once again enjoy the picturesque Naini Lake. Spend your afternoon exploring more of the surrounding areas or revisiting Mall Road for some last-minute shopping and local treats. Overnight Stay: Nainital
After breakfast, it’s time to check out from your hotel. We’ll drive you back to your onward destination or to Kathgodam Railway Station for your journey home, carrying wonderful memories of Kumaon!

The most convenient airport is Pantnagar (Nainital), located approximately 69 km from your destination. Alternatively, you can fly into Dehradun airport (265 km away) and then take a taxi or bus to Nainital.
Your railway gateway to Nainital is Kathgodam Railway Station, only about 36 km away. This station is well-connected, making it easy to reach from big cities like Delhi, Lucknow, and Kolkata.
Nainital is easily accessible by road, with good connections to Delhi, Dehradun, and other key cities across Uttarakhand. You'll find plenty of buses and taxis readily available for your journey.
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please inform us in writing.
Cancellation charges per person:
30 days or more before the tour: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
20 to 29 days before the tour: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 20 days before the tour: No refund; 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 10 days before the tour: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to a friend for the same tour and batch.
We try to avoid any changes to your tour. But sometimes, due to unavoidable reasons (like bad weather or not enough bookings), we may need to change or cancel the trip.
If that happens:
We’ll offer you new tour dates (if the tour hasn’t started yet).
If the new dates don’t work for you, we’ll give you a full refund.
We appreciate your support and understanding in such situations.
46 days or more before the tour: Pay 25% of the total cost.
31 to 45 days before the tour: Pay 50% of the total cost.
30 days or less before the tour: Full payment (100%) is required.
Note:
Your booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received at least 30 days before departure.

NOTE: Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day. In the event of any cancellation(s) after trip commencement, there will be no refunds and any costs incurred due to this cancellation will be borne by you. Irrespective of when a trip is booked, the above condition will hold.

While every effort will be made to adhere to the planned schedule, we kindly request your understanding and flexibility if adjustments are required for the safety and well-being of the group.
