This 7-night, 8-day Kumaon tour begins with your arrival at Kathgodam/Pantnagar, leading you to the scenic lake city of Nainital. You’ll then explore the peaceful lakes around Bhimtal, followed by the charming cantonment town of Ranikhet, and the panoramic views from Kausani. The journey then takes you to the remote and majestic Munsiyari for a deeper Himalayan experience, before concluding with the tranquil beauty of Binsar. Your departure will be from Kathgodam/Pantnagar.

The nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport (PGH), which is a domestic airport located in the Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand. It connects Kumaon to major Indian cities, primarily Delhi.
The closest major railway station is Kathgodam (KGM), which is the last broad-gauge railhead connecting Kathgodam/Kumaon to the rest of India
Kathgodam is well-connected by highways, making it easily accessible by taxi or bus from various cities.
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please inform us in writing.
Cancellation charges per person:
30 days or more before the tour: 25% of the total cost will be charged.
20 to 29 days before the tour: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 20 days before the tour: No refund; 100% of the total cost will be charged.
Less than 10 days before the tour: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to a friend for the same tour and batch.
We try to avoid any changes to your tour. But sometimes, due to unavoidable reasons (like bad weather or not enough bookings), we may need to change or cancel the trip.
If that happens:
We’ll offer you new tour dates (if the tour hasn’t started yet).
If the new dates don’t work for you, we’ll give you a full refund.
We appreciate your support and understanding in such situations.
46 days or more before the tour: Pay 25% of the total cost.
31 to 45 days before the tour: Pay 50% of the total cost.
30 days or less before the tour: Full payment (100%) is required.
Note:
Your booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received at least 30 days before departure.

NOTE: Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day. In the event of any cancellation(s) after trip commencement, there will be no refunds and any costs incurred due to this cancellation will be borne by you. Irrespective of when a trip is booked, the above condition will hold.
