Tour Highlights

Yamunotri Temple: Take a holy dip in Tapt Kund, a warm spring at the Yamunotri Temple.

Gangotri: Feel the divine presence at Gangotri and see where the holy River Ganga begins.

Kedarnath Temple: Offer your prayers at Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve very important shrines of Lord Shiva (known as Jyotirlingas).

Badrinath Temple: Ask for blessings at Badrinath Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Haridwar 

When you arrive in Haridwar, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, experience the beautiful Ganga Aarti ceremony at Har Ki Pauri, which is truly mesmerizing. You’ll stay overnight in Haridwar.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot 

Today, you’ll drive about 7–8 hours (210 km) to Barkot, passing through Mussoorie and stopping at Kempty Falls. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and get ready for your visit to Yamunotri tomorrow. You’ll stay overnight in Barkot.

Day 3: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot 

Drive 36 km to Janki Chatti, then begin a 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. Here, you can take a holy dip in Surya Kund and offer your prayers. Afterward, you’ll trek back and drive to Barkot for your overnight stay.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi 

Today’s drive to Uttarkashi is about 3–4 hours (85 km). Once there, you’ll visit the Vishwanath Temple and explore some local sights before checking into your hotel. You’ll stay overnight in Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi 

You’ll drive about 100 km each way to Gangotri to visit the sacred temple. You’ll also get to see the pure Bhagirathi River. Afterward, you’ll return to Uttarkashi for your overnight stay.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi 

Enjoy a scenic 8–9 hour (220 km) drive to Guptkashi. After checking into your hotel, you can visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple there. You’ll stay overnight in Guptkashi.

Day 7: Guptkashi – Kedarnath 

Drive 30 km to Gaurikund, then begin your 16 km trek to Kedarnath. Once you reach, visit the Kedarnath Temple and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. You’ll spend the night in Kedarnath.

Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi 

Today, you’ll trek back down to Gaurikund and then drive to Guptkashi. You can rest and relax at your hotel there. You’ll stay overnight in Guptkashi.

Day 9: Guptkashi – Badrinath 

Your drive to Badrinath via Joshimath will take about 7–8 hours (190 km). Upon arrival, visit the Badrinath Temple and explore the nearby Mana Village. You’ll stay overnight in Badrinath.

Day 10: Badrinath to Haridwar 

Finally, you’ll drive back to Haridwar via Rudraprayag, which is about a 10–11 hour (320 km) journey. Your divine Char Dham tour then comes to an end, leaving you with lasting memories

If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please inform us in writing.

Cancellation charges per person:

  • 30 days or more before the tour: 25% of the total cost will be charged.

  • 20 to 29 days before the tour: 50% of the total cost will be charged.

  • Less than 20 days before the tour: No refund; 100% of the total cost will be charged.

  • Less than 10 days before the tour: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to a friend for the same tour and batch.


If We Make Changes or Cancel the Tour

We try to avoid any changes to your tour. But sometimes, due to unavoidable reasons (like bad weather or not enough bookings), we may need to change or cancel the trip.

If that happens:

  • We’ll offer you new tour dates (if the tour hasn’t started yet).

  • If the new dates don’t work for you, we’ll give you a full refund.

  • We appreciate your support and understanding in such situations.


Payment Policy

  • 46 days or more before the tour: Pay 25% of the total cost.

  • 31 to 45 days before the tour: Pay 50% of the total cost.

  • 30 days or less before the tour: Full payment (100%) is required.

Note:
Your booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received at least 30 days before departure.

  • All bookings are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, arrangements will be made at a similar property of equivalent standards.
  • Meals provided during the trip will include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options based on prior requests.
  • Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • Prices may vary during peak seasons such as festivals, public holidays, and long weekends.
  • An additional charge of 15% of the total tariff will apply for one child aged 5 to 12 years.
  • Any special requests, including dietary preferences or room amenities, must be communicated in advance and are subject to feasibility.
  • Cancellation and refund policies will be applicable as per company guidelines.

NOTE: Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day. In the event of any cancellation(s) after trip commencement, there will be no refunds and any costs incurred due to this cancellation will be borne by you. Irrespective of when a trip is booked, the above condition will hold.
